Founder And Director

After medical school, Nick started his journey in medicine as a plastic surgery registrar. Initially contracting his technical skills as a surgical assistant, his passion for networking and solving staffing issues in the medical world led to the inception of his first business MySurgAssist.

Leveraging the success of MySurgAssist and his ongoing connection with surgeons and medical practices, he identified yet another area of need for staffing solutions. This led to the conception of MyVirtualSurgery as a separate venture.

With over a decade of experience building and managing offshore teams in the Philippines, Lambros has led operations across administrative support, finance, technology, and customer service for a wide range of Australian businesses.

His deep understanding of remote workforce strategy, combined with a strong focus on quality and efficiency, made him the ideal partner in launching MyVirtualSurgery. Drawing on years of experience recruiting and leading high-performing virtual teams, Lambros brings a proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable staffing solutions tailored specifically for the healthcare sector.
